Return all printed surveys to: Best Driver Jobs “Only in Vegas” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2029, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35403. Submit all email and web surveys to: “www.bestdriverjobs.com”. All entries must be received by May 15, 2011. Sweepstakes is open only to truck drivers holding a valid CDL Class A driver’s license — (company drivers and owner operators), truck fleet owners, managers, and company executives; employees of independent truck service and repair operations, independent truck parts distributors, truckstops and parts and service departments at new truck and trailer dealerships; employees of truck and trailer dealerships, but is NOT open to employees of Randall-Reilly Publishing Company, LLC, its agents, and sponsors and suppliers of this program and their families. Winners of the nine (9) monthly prizes will be determined in monthly random drawings from among all previously submitted eligible entries received, by Promotion Partners, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Two Grand Prize Finalists will be determined in a random drawing in May 2011, also by Promotion Partners.
