How It Works
Every month, we'll ask for your feedback on a different featured product or service in that issue. The typical survey takes less than seven minutes to complete.
To find the survey of the month, just look for the feature product service driver survey of the month. It contains a postage paid business reply card EZ-Survey at the end of the article.

New Survey Each Month
New questions about products and services will appear every month, giving you the chance to comment on a wide range of subjects. These include:

New This Year: Get Rewards for Each Survey
The surveys remain open for one month, from the date of one Big Rig Owner issue to the next. Big Rig Owner will publish a new survey each month. You may submit that month's survey only once, but will be eligible to take the new survey the following month.
For completing each month's survey, sponsors will send you special rewards and incentives. These may include hats, discount coupons and sample products. So be sure the contact information on your survey is legible.

New In 2004: GRAND PRIZE
Your participation each month in these surveys can add up to big prizes. As you complete surveys month after month, we'll be tracking your responses. Each time you submit a new, completed survey we'll enter your name in a Grand Prize drawing at the end of 2004. Stay tuned for more details.

New-EZ Return
The old postage-paid survey forms have been revamped for faster, easier return. Big Rig Owner readers can just drop their completed survey in the familiar yellow TripPak EXPRESS boxes located at TravelCenters of America and Petro Stopping Centers.
